摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板梯度凝胶电泳的方法 ,对花尾胡椒鲷 (Plectorhynchuscinctus)和胡椒鲷 (Plectorhynchuspictus)7种组织中的5种同工酶 (EST,LDH,MDH ,ME ,POD)进行比较研究 ,对所研究的5种同工酶在2种鱼的组织分布、位点表达及活性作了分析和总结。结果表明,2种鱼的ME同工酶谱非常相似 ,只在活性上略有差异;EST,LDH ,MDH和POD酶谱存在不同程度的种间差异 ,可作为花尾胡椒鲷和胡椒鲷的遗传鉴定标记。
By means of vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, five different isozymes (EST, LDH, ME, MDH, POD including) were analysed in seven tissues (liver, kidney, splene, muscle,heart, gonads and brain,)from Plectorhynchus pictus and Plectorhynechus cinufus, the tissue-specificity were analyzed,the gene expression patterns of each isozyme were also discussed. The results indicated that:Except a little difference in isozyme activities, ME had almost no difference between the two fish. EST,LDH,MDH,POD displayed some differences between the two species and can be used as the species genetic mark.
