摘要
目的 :建立测定治感佳胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏含量的方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,以甲醇作溶剂 ,超声处理提取 ,流动相为乙腈 - 0 .5 %十二烷基磺酸钠溶液 磷酸 (6 0 0∶4 0 0∶1) ,流速 1ml·min-1,检测波长 2 2 8nm。结果 :马来酸氯苯那敏与其相邻峰的分离度 >2 .0 ,理论板数按马来酸氯苯那敏峰计算为 12 0 0 0 ;对照品线性范围在 0 .118~ 0 .70 8μg ,r =0 .9999;平均回收率为 98.6 % ,RSD =2 .0 % (n =6 )。结论 :用本法测定治感佳胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量 ,操作简便 ,结果准确。
Objective: To establish a method for determine the content of chlorphenamine maleate in Zhiganjia capsules. Method: RP-HPLC was used. Methanol was used as solvent, the ultrosound was used to abstract. The mobile phrase was acetonitrile - 0.5% sodium dodecanesulfonate solution-phosphoric acid (600∶400∶1), flow rate was 1 ml·min -1, detecting wavelength was at 228 nm. Result: The distinct degree of chlorphenamine maleate and adjacent peak was > 2.0, the number of theoretical plate was 12 000 according to chlorphenamine maleate peak to calculate. The linear range of controlled article was within 0.118- 0.708 μg, r= 0.999 9, the average recovery was 98.6%, RSD= 2.0%(n=6). Conclusion: This method, with which to determine the content of chlorphenamine meleate, is simple and definite.
