HPLC法测定复方呋喃西林栓的含量

Content Determination of Nitrofural and Tinidazole in Compound Nitrofural Suppsitory

目的 :建立测定复方呋喃西林栓中呋喃西林和替硝唑含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 :用C18柱为固定相 ,以甲醇 水(30∶70 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 6 3nm。结果 :呋喃西林和替硝唑分别在 9.7～ 2 2 .6 μg·ml-1和 192 .1～ 4 4 8.1μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 (r呋 =0 .9998r替 =0 .9999) ,平均回收率分别为 10 0 .6 %和 10 0 .4 % ,RSD为 1.2 % (n =5 )和 1.2 % (n =5 )。结论 :用该法同时测定复方呋喃西林栓中两主药的含量简便、快速 ,准确可靠。

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of nitrofural and tinidazole in compound nitrofural suppository. Method: The C 18 column was used, the mobile phase was methanol-water(30∶70), the defecting wavelength was at 263 nm. Result: The standard curves of nitrofural and tinidazole was linear within a range of 9.7- 22.6 μg·ml -1(r= 0.999 8, n=5) and 192.1- 448.1 μg·ml -1(r= 0.999 9, n=5), respectively. The average reeoverises were 100.6% and 100.4% with RSD 1.2%(n=5) and 1.2%(n=5), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, and accurate.
