RP-HPLC法测定生发合剂中大黄素的含量

Content Determination of Edomin in Shengfa Mixture by RP-HPLC

目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定生发合剂中大黄素含量 ,以控制该制剂的质量。方法 :用C18化学键合硅胶柱分离大黄素 ,以甲醇 - 0 .1%的磷酸溶液 (85∶15 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 90nm。结果 :线性范围为 0 .0 195～ 0 .175 5 μg。大黄素的平均回收率 97.3% ,RSD =2 .9% (n =5 )。结论 :该方法简便快捷 ,精密度和稳定性良好 ,适合于生发合剂的质量控制。

Objective: To determine the content of emodin in Shengfa mixture by RP-HPLC for quality control of the product. Method: Emodin was separated by C 18 column, methal- 0.1% phosporic acid solution(85∶15) was served as mobile phase, the detecting wavelength was at 290 nm. Result: The linear range was within 0.019 5- 0.175 5 μg. The average recovery of emodin was 97.29%, RSD= 2.86%(n=5). Conclusion: The method is highly reproducible and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Shengfa mixture.
