Determination of Ethacridine Lactate Solution by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry

目的 :探寻紫外分光光度法测定依沙吖啶溶液含量的简便、快捷、经济、准确的方法。方法 :用纯化水作溶剂 ,在 36 2nm波长处测定吸收度 ,同时作空白试验 ,建立标准曲线 ,并与对照品比较法进行比较。结果 :乳酸依沙吖啶在 5 .0～ 2 5 .0 μg·ml-1范围内线性良好 ,r =0 .9998,平均回收率为 99.8% ,RSD为 0 .8% (n =9) ,与对照品比较法相比 ,结果无显著差别。结论 :本法操作简便、快捷、经济、结果准确 ,可满足医院制剂的质量控制要求。

Objective: To explore a method for content determination of ethacridine lactate solution by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Method: The purified water was used as the solvent.The detecting wavelength of was at 362 nm.The blank test was conducted at the same time. The standard curve was established and compared with the comparative substance.Result: The linear range was within 5.0- 25.0 μg·ml -1(r= 0.999 8). A average recovery of the method was 99.8%(RSD= 0.8%,n=9).There was no significant difference between the method and comparative method.Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, economical, accurate, and suitable for quality control of hospital's preparation.
