摘要
转炉钢水中的氧含量直接影响合金收得率和钢水的质量。采用钢水定氧技术测定转炉炼钢过程中各工序的氧含量 ,通过实验找出了炼钢流程中钢水中氧含量的变化规律 ,用它来指导炼钢各生产过程中的操作 ,从而提高钢的质量 。
The oxygen activity of converter molten steel directly influences the yield of alloy and quality of steel. This paper introduces the determination of oxygen activity in the converter steelmaking process by oxygen analysis technology of molten steel. The law of oxygen variation in converter steelmaking found by experiments can be used as guide to improve the quality and cut down the production cost of steel.
