骨痛灵软膏抗炎作用的药理学研究

Pharmacological research on anti-inflammatory effect of Gutongling ointment

目的 :观察骨痛灵软膏的抗炎作用。方法 :动物随机分为骨痛灵软膏小、中、大 (2 0 %、 4 0 %、 80 % )剂量组及对照组 (每组 1 0只 )。通过小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀 ,大鼠蛋清性、脚叉菜胶性足跖肿 ,巴豆油气囊肿以及毛细血管通透性实验 ,对骨痛灵软膏的抗炎作用进行观察。结果 :骨痛灵软膏中、大剂量对小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀 ,大鼠蛋清和脚叉菜胶性足跖肿、巴豆油气囊肿及组胺所致毛细血管通透性的增加均有明显抑制作用。结论

Objective To investigate anti inflammatory effect of Gutongling ointment. Methods Fourty animals were divided into control and three different concentration (20%,40% and 80%) groups of Gutongling ointment. Anti inflammatory effect of Gutongling ointment was carried through inflammatory models of auris swell induced by dimethylbenzene in mice, of foot swell induced by egg white and carageen glue in rats, of gasbag swell induced by croton oil in rats and penetration of capillary vessel. Results Gutongling ointment (40% and 80%,local use for three days) had significant inhibitory action on auris swell induced by dimethylbenzene in mice, foot swell induced by egg white and carageen glue, gasbag swell induced by croton oil and penetration of capillary vessel in rats. Conclusion Gutongling ointment has significant inhibitory effects on many experimental inflammatory models.
