旋转磁场对小鼠脑组织单胺类神经递质代谢的影响

摘要 目的 :研究旋转磁场对小鼠单胺类神经递质的影响。方法 :将健康昆明种老龄雌鼠随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组 1 6只 ,用转速为 2 0 0 0 r· m in- 1 ,平均磁感应强度为 0 .0 9T的旋转磁场作用于实验组小鼠头部 ,每日曝磁 30 min,连续 1 5 d。对照组将旋磁体取出后 ,处理方法同实验组。 1 5 d后用化学荧光法测定小鼠脑组织中单胺类神经递质的含量。结果 :实验组小鼠组织中 NE、 DA、 5 - HT、 5 - HIAA含量明显升高 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :一定强度且作用一定时间的旋转磁场 ,在一定程度上能提高生物体单胺类神经递质的含量 。 Objective To study the effect of rotating magnetic field on metabolism of monoaminergic neurotransmitters in mice. Methods Healthy aging mice of Kunming species were divided into two groups randomly: experimental group and control group.The heads of experimental mice were treated with a rotating magnetic field at 2 000 r·min -1 and 0.09T for 30 min per day,lasted 15 days;Mice in control group were treated at the same way after the rotating magnet was taken out. Monoaminergic neurotransmitters were determined by chemical fluorescence technique 15 days later. Results Compared with control group,the concentration of NE,DA,5 HT and 5 HIAA increased apparently ( P <0.05). Conclusion The rotating magnetic field in a certain intensity and lasting a certain time can increase the content of monoaminergic neurotransmitters in body at a certain extent and it can also inhibit the caducity.
