兔人工晶体植入围手术期TNF-α及IL-8检测的临床意义

Clinical signifcance of detection of TNF-α and IL-8 in rabbits after IOL implantation

目的 :探讨肿瘤坏死因子α (TNF-α)及白细胞介素 8(IL - 8)在人工晶体植入术后的变化及其临床意义。方法 :采用放射免疫法对 2 4例晶体囊外摘除 (ECCE)、后房型人工晶体植入术后 (PCIOL )家兔和 2 0例正常家兔进行血浆和房水 TNF-α、 IL - 8测定。结果 :2 4例家兔术后血浆和房水 TNF-α、 IL - 8均升高 ,且呈动态变化 ,与术后恢复情况相关。结论 :血浆和房水 TNF-α、 IL - 8在 ECCE、 PCIOL植入术后的动态变化可作为监测术后恢复情况。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) and interleukin 8 (IL 8) in rabbits after extracapsular extraction (ECCE) and posterior chamber intraocular lens (PCIOL) implantation.Methods The level of TNF α and IL 8 from the samples of 4 mL venous blood and 300 μL aquous humor were determined by radioimmunoassy in 24 rabbits with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation and 20 normal rabbits at the same time with the operation group. Results The levels of TNF α and IL 8 in serum and aqueous humour after operation were increased in 24 rabbits and which related to postoperative recovery. Conclusion The levels of TNF α and IL 8 in rabbits after ECCE and PCIOL implantation may be indexes to judge the postoperative recovery and to predict progress.
