摘要
本文介绍了建设部科技委智能建筑技术开发推广中心近几年来实施试点项目工作的概况。通过应用实例说明智能建筑技术网络化、集成化、数字化的发展趋势。另外,提出了智能建筑技术和行业管理需要进一步提高。
This article introduces the general situation of the implementation of pilot projects in recent years by Construction Ministry Science and Technology Commission Intelligent Building Technology Development and Promotion Center.Based on practical examples it explains the developing trend of the network integration and digilalization of intelligent building technology.In addition, this article points out that intelligent building technology and the industry management need further improvement.
