息斯喘对豚鼠实验性哮喘的治疗试验

The Effect of Xisichuan on Experimental Asthma in Guinea Pigs

目的 探讨新药息斯喘对豚鼠实验性哮喘的治疗效果。方法 利用豚鼠乙酰胆碱和组织胺诱发支气管痉挛以及卵白蛋白过敏性哮喘模型观察疗效。结果和结论 息斯喘对豚鼠乙酰胆碱和组织胺诱发支气管痉挛有明显的治疗作用 ,可部分阻抑豚鼠卵白蛋白过敏性哮喘。

Objective To observe the effect of new drug Xisichuan on experimental asthma in guinea pigs. Methods Experimental asthma models were induced by acetylcholine and histamine nebulization or ovalbumin injection investigated. Results and Conclusion Xisichuan has distinct bronchic dilatation effect on acetylcholine and histamine induced guinea pigs model. It can partly prevent the bronchial constriction induced by ovalbumin immune sensitivity in guinea pigs.
