摘要 骨质疏松症的防治在过去的几十年中有了非常迅速和显著的发展.就诊断来说,1994年以前骨质疏松症是在骨折发生后被诊断的.直到1994年世界卫生组织(WHO)首次提出骨质疏松症定义和诊断标准,第一次量化地诊断骨质疏松症.2000年,美国国家卫生学院(NIH)对骨质疏松症的定义又做了进一步修改.最新定义认为,"骨质疏松症是一个骨强度降低的骨骼疾病,表现为患者骨折危险性增加,易发生骨折,其中以骨密度和骨质量为主要影响因素."[1]
