摘要
目的 研究影像导航辅助显微神经外科手术技术切除侧脑室肿瘤的疗效。方法 术前病人行MRI检查 ,数据输入导航工作站 ,根据导航工作站所显示肿瘤的三维结构 ,制定手术方案 ,在导航棒的辅助引导下完成肿瘤切除术。结果 完成 2 3例侧脑室肿瘤切除 ,其中 5例脑膜瘤均达到 10 0 %切除 ,术后无明显神经功能障碍 ,18例胶质瘤全切 10例 ,次全切 5例 ,大部分切除 3例。结论 应用影像导航辅助显微神经外科手术技术切除侧脑室肿瘤可达到定位准确 ,减少对皮层脑组织的损伤 。
Objective To investigate the effect of neuronavigation assisted microneurosurgery on the outcomes of lateral ventricular tumor resection. Methods Data from all patients examined with MRI before operation were inputted to the neuronavigational station for the design of operation planning based on the three dimensional structure on the neuronavigational station. The resection of lateral tumors was performed with the aid of the guiding probe. Results Neuronavigation assisted microneurosurgical resection was performed in 23 cases of lateral tumors, including 100% resection in 5 cases of meningioma and macroscopic resection in 18 cases of glioma(complete resection in 10 cases, sub complete resection in 5 cases and major resection in 3 cases). Conclusion Neuronavigation assisted microneurosurgery for lateral ventricular tumor resection is effective for its precise localization, decrease in damage to the brain and effective protection of the normal nerve tissue.
