非病毒载体介导神经干细胞基因转染的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的 寻找较佳的神经干细胞非病毒载体基因转染方法。方法 采用磷酸钙、不同种类脂质体、Fugene 6和Nucleofector法将绿色荧光蛋白基因转染于神经干细胞 ,用荧光显微镜和流式细胞仪检测转染结果。结果 荧光显微镜观察和流式细胞仪检测结果表明 ,转染效率从高到低依次为Nucleofector法、DMRIE C介导、FuGene6介导、Lipofectamine和磷酸钙转染 ,组间均存在显著差异。结论 Nucleofector法和DMRIE
