摘要
目的 :探讨腹腔镜经腹肾囊肿切除的方法和价值。方法 :回顾分析 1997年～ 2 0 0 2年 42例肾囊肿切除的临床资料。结果 :手术成功 41例 ,中转开腹手术 1例 ,为早期肥胖患者肾被膜破裂出血 ,因囊肿小靠近肾蒂处理困难。结论 :经腹腔肾囊肿切除术 ,创伤小 ,恢复快 ,住院天数少。是安全可靠的手术方法 ,且并发症率低。
Objective To study the method of laparoscopic renal cyst removal.Methods Forty-two cases of renal cyst removal from 1997 to 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Forty-one cases were successful and one case turned to ordinary operation because of the difficulty of procedures.Conclusion Lapascopic renal cyst removal is a safe operation with the advantages of small trauma,quick recovery,short complication rate and short hospitalization time.
