超声刀在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用

Application of Ultracision-Harmonic Scalpel in laparoscopic appendectomy

目的 :探讨超声刀在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中处理阑尾系膜及闭合阑尾的可行性及优点。。方法 :采用“三孔技术” ,利用超声刀直接闭合、切断阑尾及系膜。结果 :3 6例均在术后 3d治愈出院。无肠瘘及术中术后出血情况发生。结论 :超声刀处理阑尾系膜 ,闭合、切断阑尾是安全、可靠的手术方法 ,为阑尾切除术开辟了又一新术式。

Objective To evalute the feasibility and the method of ligating the appendix and the mesoappendix with Ultracision-Harmonic Scalpel in laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods Three trocars were used to ligate and cut off the appendix and the mesoappendix directly with Ultracision-Harmonic Scalpel.Results Thirty-six patients were all cured and discharged three days after operation with no complication.Conclusion Ultracision-Harmonic Scalpel in laparoscopic appendectomy is a safe and effective technique to deal with the appendix and the mesoappendix.It is a new choice to laparoscopic appendectomy.
