摘要
作者论证了人力资本是有别于生产资料形态的资本即狭义资本的一种特殊资本形态,这种内生性的资本形态属于广义资本的范畴,认为既然人力资本与其它的物质性资本都是广义的资本形态,都属于生产要素,根据平均利润率规律的要求,等量价值的资本或等量价值的要素产权,就应该分享同样份额的企业剩余。在知识经济初显端倪的市场经济条件下,作为劳动力的所有者特别是管理型、技能型劳动力的所有者,在收入分配中不仅应得到相当于自身价值的工资,而且还可以得到或多或少的企业剩余。
Manpower capital is a special shape of capital, different from that in the form of productive materials (in its narrow sense). This kind of capital belongs to a broad sense category of capital and the share of manpower capital towards the production surplus, in nature, belongs to the broad-sense category of the distribution according to labor-force factor. And as the result, the surplus claim of the manpower capital to enterprises comes into the broad-sense category of the surplus claim of the capital.
