摘要
针对电力配电、输电系统,介绍了利用MapXtreme及Oracle Spatial来构建WebGIS的模式,并且阐述了基于该模式开发电网WebGIS中的一些关键技术。采用面向对象的数据库技术以及Internet/Intranet体系结构结合网络GIS技术,对大量地理数据和属性数据进行可视化集中式管理,具有着应用面广、数据完整性和安全性好等诸多优势,对电网设备的网络化管理具有现实意义。
In this paper, a developed model of WebGIS is introduced by using MapXtreme and Oracle Spatial for Power switch and transmit system. Some key technologies are described in developing WebGIS. Object-relative Database Management System is used to attain the integrated storage of the spatial data and alpha-numerical data. According to this model, the security and data integration are achieved. The design based on this model is practical for distributed electric network equipment management.
