基于旅游环境承载力的旅游开发规划优化设计研究

A Study on Optimized Development and Planning of Tourism Destination on the Base of Tourism Environment Carrying Capacity

该文剖析旅游环境承载力的内涵 ,从指标体系的构建、权重的确定、数学模型的选取等方面讨论了旅游环境承载力的测评问题 ,在此基础上构建了旅游环境承载指数及其分级表。通过对旅游环境承载指数的计算 ,一方面可以在旅游地的开发规划中对初步的设计方案进行评价 ,另一方面针对开发规划方案引起的旅游环境承载情况 (弱载、适载、轻度超载和强度超载 )进行调整 ,进而达到基于旅游环境承载力对旅游地开发规划进行优化设计的目的。

Both tourism environment carrying capacity(TECC)and tourism planning are focuses of the tourism science research at present. This paper analyzes the concept of TECC, and makes a discussion on the quantitative research of TECC in terms of the establishment of index system, the calculation of weighting, the selection of mathematic model, and further puts up the concept of tourism environment carrying index(TECI) and the table of grade division. Through calculating the TECI, on one hand, the initial designing of tourism exploitation and planning can be appraised, on the other hand, the initial designing can be re-adjusted and optimized, according to the tourism environment carrying quantity (weak carrying, advisable carrying, slight overcarrying and serious overcarrying) greatly influenced by the initial designing.
