摘要
随着手术技术及器械研制的进步 ,非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术 (OPCABG)已广泛应用于临床。与传统冠状动脉旁路移植术 (CCABG)比较 ,OPCABG术后桥血管通畅率无明显变化 ,术后心、脑、肺等常见并发症减少 ,死亡率低 ,ICU及总住院时间缩短 ,费用低 ,对高危患者更具安全性。
With the development of surgical techique and instr um ents,off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCABG)has been widely applied in the treatment of coronary artery disease.Compared with the conventional coronar y artery bypass grafting(CCABG),the patency of graft vessels in OPCABG has no di fference.Due to the lack of cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB),the postoperative compli cations including cardiac,cerebral and pulmonary events are decreased.OPCABG had low mortality as the CCABG did,and was more safty for the high risk patients.Pa tients undergoing OPCABG recovered well,therefore the stay in ICU and the total time in hospitalization was shortened,the cost was decreased.OPABG has been prov ed to be a safe,efficient and economic theatpy for the treatment of coronary hea rt disease.
