摘要
目的 :观察心力舒滴鼻剂治疗慢性肺源性心脏病并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 :将确诊为慢性肺源性心脏病病人 49例随机分为治疗组 2 5例和对照组 2 4例。对照组采用常规西药治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用心力舒滴鼻剂治疗 ,2个疗程后进行临床疗效评定。结果 :治疗组症状、体征及肺功能和血气分析改善优于对照组 ,两组疗效比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :在常规治疗的基础上加用心力舒滴鼻剂 ,中西药结合对慢性肺源性心脏病并心力衰竭具有较好的疗效。
Objective:To observe the effect of Xinlishu naristilae on heart failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods:49 cases of parients were divided randomly into treatment group 25 cases and contrast group 24 cases. Contrast group took routing treatment. Besides routing treatment, treatment group were treated by Xinlishu naristilae. To observe the clinical effect after 2 courses of treatment.Results:The improvement of symptoms and parameters of lung function and bokkd gas analysis in treatment group was significantly superior to the contrast group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Besides routing treatment, the usage of Xinlishu naristillae has a better effect on heart failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
