人参再造丸联合美多巴对帕金森病模型大鼠黑质纹状体TH阳性神经元的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :观察人参再造丸联合美多巴对帕金森病模型大鼠黑质纹状体TH阳性神经元的影响。方法 :PD鼠 80只 ,随机分为 4组 :对照组、美多巴组、人参再造丸组、人参再造丸联合美多巴组。于喂养 4个月后取黑质纹状体组织免疫组化染色 ,检测TH阳性神经元的分布、密度。结果 :美多巴组黑质TH阳性神经细胞及纹状体TH阳性终末较生理盐水组明显减少 ,而人参再造丸组略有增多达5 %~ 8% ,联合组增多较显著达 2 0 %~ 2 5 %。结论 :人参再造丸对PD大鼠黑质纹状体毒性作用较轻 ,人参再造丸联合美多巴可改善TH阳性神经元的病理改变。 Objective:To observe the effects of RSZZW combined with Madopar on substantia nigra and striatum TH-positive neurons in Parkinson disease rats. Methods:80 Parkinson disease (PD) rats were divided into 4 groups randomly, i.e. the control group (treated with normal saline), the group treated with Madopar, the group treated with RSZZW and the group treated with both RSZZW and Madopar. We performed immunohistochemistry to detect the distribution and the density of the TH-positive neurons and terminals 4 months after the beginning of treatments. Results:The number of the TH-positive neurons in substantia nigra and the TH-positive terminals in striatum in the Madopar group was less than which in thecontrol group. Compared with the control group, the RSZZW group and the combined group had more TH-positive neurons and terminals (increased 5%~8%and 20%~25% respectively). Conclusion:RSZZW has less toxicities on substantia negra and striatum in PD rats. RSZZW combined with Madopar can decrease the lesions of the TH-positive neurons in substantia nigra and striatum.
