摘要
介绍了一个IP网络电视中的有条件接收系统的框架结构，对有条件接收系统中的 核心算法做了分析和介绍。最后，介绍了在实际工作中实现的一个网络电视有条件接收原型 系统。
This paper introduces the architecture of the conditional access sy stem for IP networking TV systems, analyzes the key algorithms related to condit ional access. It also introduces a prototype of the conditional access system fo r IP networking TV systems.
