乡镇基层政权组织的现状与改革的基本方向

The Basic Reform Direction and the Present Condition on an Organization of Political Power at the Grass-roots Level in Chinese Villages and Towns

乡镇政权在促进我国农村经济发展和社会进步方面发挥了巨大的作用。但是 ,随着农村经济体制改革的不断深化 ,乡镇行政管理体制的改革并没有实质性的进展 ,越来越不适应农村市场经济发展要求。本文在分析乡镇基层政权组织现状的基础上 ,提出了基层政权组织改革的基本方向。

Regime of Chinese villages and towns play an important part in the rural economics development and society advancement. But, following the reform on rural economics system has been continuously deepened, the reform on rural administration and management system has no a material progress, and less and less adapt to the development of rural market economy. This text bring forward the basic reform direction on an organization of political power at the grass-roots level, by analysing the present condition on an organization of political power at the grass-roots level in Chinese villages and towns
