With the rapid development of socialism market economy and science & technology, college ideological education has seen great changes in both the environment and the students'overall ideology. Facing the new circumstances, ideological education in universities should practice up-to-date reforms in its content, form, method, measure and organization. The paper offers some new approaches to carrying out ideological work.
