摘要
物流战略是企业竞争战略的重要内容之一,同企业竞争战略存在着十分密切的关系。不同的业务流程、价值链和不同的战略环境与战略导向,要求有不同的物流战略,而不同的物流战略,如基于时间的物流战略、横向协作物流战略、纵向(供应链)物流战略、第三方物流战略、绿色物流战略与反向物流战略等,具有不同的目标和风险,对企业竞争优势的形成具有不同的影响。为充分发挥物流战略的作用和竞争优势,必须以竞争战略为导向,对物流战略作出谨慎的选择。
Logistics strategy is closely associated with competitive strategy.The operational process,the value chains,the strategy environment,and the strategy orientation determined the type of logistics strategy.Since different types of logistics strategy have different aims and risks,and exert different influence over an enterprise ,s competitive advantage,managers of enterprises should be cautious on the selection of logistics strategy and always aim at supporting the competition strategy.
