共生性企业集群的组织结构及其运行模式探讨

Study on the Organization Structures and Operational Models of Enterprises Clusters on Symbiosis

企业集群作为中小企业的发展方向之一,已经成为区域政策制定者和中小企业主关注的焦点。本文在前人企业集群理论基础上,从组织角度探讨企业集群。首先本文将生态学“共生”的观点导入企业集群,并对共生性企业集群的概念进行界定,继而本文按照反一体化的思路构建企业集群的组织结构,并将其分为对称型、非对称型和混合型三类,进而对构造的群组织结构进行三维评价。在组织设计思想的基础上,本文接着对其相应的运行模式进行了探讨。最后,针对目前国内企业集群中普遍存在的集而不群的问题给出了相应的政策建议。

As one of the developing trend of small and median corporations,enterprises clusters have become a focus of regional policy makers and the owners of small and median corporations.From the view of organizations,this paper discusses enterprises clusters based on the theories offered by other authors.Firstly,the paper introduces the idea of symbiosis into enterprises clusters and then defines the concept of enterprises clusters on symbiosis.Secondly,the paper constructs the organization structures of the clusters according to the thought of anti-unification.The paper also divides the clusters into three types,including the types of symmetry,asymmetry,and blend.Furthermore,we estimate the structures of clusters on three-dimensions.The paper then discusses the corresponding running models.Finally,policy suggestions are offered for solving the problem currently exists universally in China that enterprises gathering are incapable of forming clusters,.
