Trichloroacetic acid cauterization and local application of MEBO for treating Pharyngeal fistula

目的 :探讨治疗咽瘘的有效方法。方法 :采用 3 0 %三氯醋酸烧灼瘘道内壁组织 ,再去除残渣坏死物 ,以达新鲜创面 ;然后 ,局部涂用湿润烧伤膏 ,咽瘘口用蝶形胶布粘贴封闭 ,每 3天 -5天换药一次。结果 :瘘道闭合最短 1 4天 ,最长 3 0天。结论 :3 0

Objective: To find an effective method for treating pharyngeal fistula. Method: 30% trichloroacetic acid solution was used to cauterize the inner wall tissue. The residual and necrotic substances were removed to make the wounds clean, then MEBO was applied locally. The dressing was changed once every 3 to 5 days. Result: The shortest time of wound closure was 14 days and the longest 30 days. Conclusion: Trichloroacetic acid cauterization and local application of MEBO is markedly effective for treating pharyngeal fistula.
