带真皮下血管网皮片在瘢痕畸形修复中的地位和作用

The role of skin graft with subdermal vascular net in the repair of scar contracture deformity

目的 :探讨带真皮下血管网皮片移植在烧伤后期瘢痕挛缩畸形修复中的应用价值。方法 :自 1 992年以来 ,对 2 64例烧伤瘢痕挛缩畸形皮肤缺损患者 ,采用带真皮下血管网皮片移植修复。结果 :2 45例皮片成活良好 ,外形及功能恢复满意 ,1 8例出现散在水疱及花斑样改变 ,但外形及功能恢复尚满意 ,3例术后皮片坏死。结论 :真皮下血管网皮片移植优于全厚及中厚皮片移植 ,也优于皮瓣移植 。

Objective: To evaluate the application of skin graft with subdermal vascular net in the repair of scar contracture deformity. Method: 264 cases of burn scar contracture deformity were repaired using skin graft with subdermal vascular net. Result: 245 cases had the skin grafts well survived and the wounds repaired with good appearance and function. 18 cases had scattered blisters and piebald changes, but the appearance and function were good. 3 cases had skin grafts necrotized. Conclusion: Skin graft with subdermal vascular net is superior to whole thickness and moderate thickness skin graft and skin flap. It is comparable to skin flap with subdermal vascular net.
