摘要
目的 :观察美宝胃肠胶囊对实验性大鼠胃溃疡的作用。方法 :用水浸应激型、幽门结扎型、消炎痛致胃粘膜损伤型及无水乙醇致胃粘膜损伤溃疡模型方法试验。结果 :美宝胃肠胶囊对水浸应激型、幽门结扎型、消炎痛致胃粘膜损伤及无水乙醇致胃粘膜损伤溃疡模型均有预防和保护作用。结论
Objective: To observe the effect of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule on experimental gastric ulcer models. Method: Experimental rat gastric ulcer models including waterlogging stress-restraint ulcer, pyloric ligation induced ulcer, indomethacin induced gastric mucosa injury and absolute alcohol induced gastric mucosa ulcer were used in this experiment. Result: MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule showed preventive and protective effects on 4 kinds of gastric mucosa ulcer models. Conclusion: MEBO Gastroinal Capsule is an effective agent for preventing gastric mucous ulcer.
