摘要
目的 :观察湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)对日晒伤的治疗效果。方法 :对 1 998年— 2 0 0 1年海训期间发生日晒伤的 2 48例病人采用MEBO治疗 ,局部每 4h -6h涂药一次。结果 :除 8例伤情较严重病例转送上级医疗单位治疗外 ,其余 2 40例均在本单位接受治疗 ,浅Ⅱ度创面平均愈合时间 7 84天± 2 5 8天。结论 :MEBO治疗日晒伤疗效可靠 。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating sunburn. Method: 248 cases of sunburn were treated with MEBO. MEBO was applied once every 4 to 6 hours on the wounds. Result: 8 severe cases were transferred to other hospital, the rest 240 cases had superficial 2 nd degree burn were healed after MEBO treatment. The average wound healing time was 7.84±2.58 days. Conclusion: MEBO is efficacious in treating sunburn. It is very easy to apply.
