小儿烧伤休克护理指标在液体复苏中的意义

The significance of nursing index in fluid resuscitation of pediatric burn at shock stage

目的 :总结小儿烧伤休克期某些临床护理指标的变化 ,探讨对输液抗休克的指导意义。方法 :对1 997年 7月至 2 0 0 1年 6月间收治的 5 8例大面积烧伤患儿临床资料进行回顾性总结 ,观察精神状态 ,生命体征、尿量等护理指标的变化 ,分析补液速度与输液量对护理指标所产生的影响。结果 :5 8例中根据各临床护理指标的变化 ,对输液速度和输液量采取相应的调整 ,5 6例患儿休克期渡过比较顺利 ,两例患儿来院较晚 ,延迟复苏 ,并发多脏器功能衰竭死亡。结论 :注重休克期临床护理指标的观察 。

Objective: To investigate the change of nursing index and its significance in fluid resuscitation of pediatric burn at shock stage. Method: A retrospective summary of the data of 58 cases of large area pediatric burn was made. Changes in nursing indexes of inspecting mental condition, physical signs and urine volume, etc. were carefully investigated. The effect of infusion velocity and fluid volume on the nursing indexes was analyzed. Result: Infusion velocity and fluid volume were adjusted in 58 cases according to the changes in nursing indexes. 56 cases had tied over the shock stage smoothly after this adjustment. 2 cases died from multiple organ failure, because of the delay of hospitalization. Conclusion: Careful inspection of the changes in nursing indexes can help prevent and treat shock of pediatric burn.
