摘要
目的 探讨人类白细胞抗原 (Hum an leucocyte antigen HL A ) - DQB1 * 0 2 0 1 / 0 30 2基因型与中国人群 2型糖尿病 (T2 DM)β细胞功能的关系。 方法 用多聚酶链式反应 (PCR)对 1 84例T2 DM患者进行 HL A- DQB1 * 0 2 0 1、* 0 30 2基因检测 ,并同时测定 C肽等临床指标。 结果 HL A-DQB1 * 0 2 0 1 / 0 30 2组较 HL A- DQB1 * X/ X组 (X为非 * 0 2 0 1、* 0 30 2等位基因 )餐后 2 h C肽明显减低 (P=0 .0 0 5 ) ,用 L ogistic回归分析 ,校正了影响 C肽的其他因素后 ,HL A- DQB1 * 0 2 0 1 / 0 30 2基因型对胰岛功能的 OR值为 2 .88(P =0 .0 2 4 ,95 % CI为 1 .1 5~ 7.2 1 )。 结论 HL A- DQB1 * 0 2 0 1 /0 30 2基因型可能是中国人群中加速 T2
Objective To investigate whether HLA DQB1*0201/0302 genotype is associated with beta cells function of type 2 diabetes mellitus in Chinese. Methods HLA DQB1*0201/0302 genotype of 184 cases was determined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Results The difference of postprandial c peptide between HLA DQB1*0201/0302 and HLA DQB1*X/X groups was statistically significant ( P =0.005). The odds ratio of HLA DQB1*0201/0302 genotype was 2.88(95%CI 1.15~7.21, P =0.024)for beta cell function after adjusting several other risk factors. Conclusion HLA DQB1*0201/0302 genotype might be an independent risk factor for beta cell's deterioration in Chinese type 2 diabetea mellitus.
