摘要
在三曲线关联分析的基础上,提出了一种新的单试样测定J_R阻力曲线的方法和步骤,编制了计算机应用程序。三曲线为:试验载荷-位移曲线;理想载荷-位移曲线;延性裂纹扩展量-位移曲线。用三曲线测定两种正火态焊缝金属的J_R曲线,与标准的多试样法结果一致。该方法也适用于COD阻力曲线的测定,有推广价值。
In this paper, an analytical procedure is presented to calculate the J-R resistence curve on the basis of analysing the relationship between the three curves, the measured load-displacement curve, the imaginary load-displacement curer and the ductile crack extension-displacement curve, from one specimen. The effectiveness and the usefulness of this three curve method by single specimen are verifyied b comparision with the results of the standard multispecimen method performed on normalized weld metals。The method can also be used for determining the COD resistance curves。
