Sturge-Weber综合征滤过术后早期并发症的临床观察

Clinic observation of postoperative complications after glaucoma surgery in eyes with Sturge-Weber syndrome

目的 :探讨Sturge Weber综合征 (Sturge WeberSyndrome ,SWS)滤过术后常见并发症及其原因、处理和预防方法。方法 :对我院 1 994年 5月～ 2 0 0 2年 7月收治的 1 1例 (1 3只眼 )Sturge Weber综合征患者 1 8次滤过术后早期并发症进行了回顾性分析。结果 :术后 50 %发生浅前房 ,其原因包括脉络膜脱离 ,滤过过强 ,伤口渗漏 ;同时还可发生前房出血 ,渗出性视网膜脱离等。结论 :Sturge Weber综合征滤过术后并发症较多 ,常见脉络膜脱离 ,与其先天发育异常有关 。

Objective:To investigate the causes,treatments and preventions of the complications that occurring at early postoperative period after glaucoma surgery in eyes with Sturge Weber syndrome (SWS).Methods:11 Sturge Weber Syndrome patients (13 eyes) with glaucoma were admitted in May 1994～July 2002,and the deta of early postoperative complications of 18 glaucoma surgery were reviewed retrospectively.Results:The incidence of postoperative shallow anterior chamber is 50% and the causes inclued choroidal detachment,excessive filtering and bleb leaking.There are also hyphema and exudative retinal detachment.Conclusion:Early postoperative complications after glaucoma surgery in Sturge Weber syndrome are rather common,and one of which is choroidal detachment which relates to abnormal congenital development.Active treatment is effective,and more efficient preventive methods are expected.
