高密度多孔聚乙烯修复眶缘缺损的临床观察

A clinical investigation on repair of orbital rim defect with high-density porous polyethylene

目的 :评价用高密度多孔聚乙烯修复眶缘凹陷性骨折的效果。方法 :采用较新型的整形外科材料———高密度多孔聚乙烯 (Medpor )治疗眶缘骨缺损 ,共治疗 1 0例患者。结果 :全部患者外观明显改善。结论

Objective:To evaluate the effect of using high density porous polyethylene in repairing the bone fracture of concave orbital rim.Method:A new material,high density porous polyethylene(Medpor ),was used for repairing of 10 cases with concave bone fracture at orbital rim.Result:Good therapeutic results were obtained for cosmetic purpose.Conclusion:High density porous polyethylene(Medpor )is an ideal material for repairing bone defect at the orbital rim.
