金属管两种压扁方式试验的研究

摘要 通过对金属管内加板芯和不加板芯两种压扁方式的对比试验,结果表明:(1)当金属管由正常圆压至上下壁成平面时,两种压扁方式的试验结果相同;(2)在继续压扁时,无板芯金属管的上下壁由平面状态向管内凹入,其开裂率高于同样压扁距离下的有板芯金属管。本文就此进行了分析。 The flattening tests of metallic pipes with or without plate core indicated that (1) when the top and bottom sections of metallic pipes were flattened the results of the two types of tests were the same, (2) in further flattening, the top and bottom sections of hollow metallic pipes were dented and the crack rate was higher than those pipes tested with plate core at the same flattened distance. The results were analysed in the paper.
