摘要
研究了回复温度和回复时间以及回复后的再拉拔对低碳Si-Mn双相钢制绳用高强度钢丝综合力学性能的影响。拉拔-回复-再拉拔工艺是低碳Si-Mn双相钢高强度钢丝强韧化的有效方法。
The influence of recovery temperature and time on the mechanical properties of the low carbon Si—Mn dual-phase rope wire was investigated. The mechanical properties of wires drawn after recovery were also studied. The drawing—recovery—redrawing process for increasing the strength and toughness of dual—phase wire is effective.
