摘要
本文根据X射线实验室织构分析工作的需要,对用组合试样测建完整极图的方法进行了系统地综述和讨论。其中有简单的组合试样制备方法,实验技术,一个象限用的同心圆类极式网及绘图操作等;另有典型实验例证和对比分析,使用方便。
A systematic review and discussion on the method for determining a complete pole figure of metal sheet by the use of a composite sample were made. The preparation of composite samples in a simple way, the experimental procedure, the polar net used for a quadrant and the drawing method of pole figures were presented in this paper. Moreover, a typical example of an experiment and the comparison analyses are also introduced.
