摘要
目的 观察氟对大鼠破骨细胞分泌的基质金属蛋白酶 - 9(MMP- 9)的影响。方法 采用 westernblot技术观察染氟大鼠股骨干骺端 MMP- 9的表达 ;应用免疫组织化学方法观察氟对体外培养的破骨细胞MMP- 9的表达的影响。结果 染氟大鼠股骨干骺端 MMP- 9的蛋白表达增高 ;氟可使体外培养的破骨细胞MMP- 9的蛋白表达增高。结论 氟通过提高破骨细胞的 MMP- 9的表达而致破骨性骨吸收活性增强。
Objective To investigate the effects of fluoride on matrix matalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) of osteoclasts in rats.Methods The MMP-9 expressions of femoral metaphysis in rats were investigated by western blot technique;using immunohistochemical stain, the MMP-9 expressions of cultivated osteoclasts were measured.Results The MMP-9 expressions of femoral metaphysis in fluoride groups elevated, and fluoride could make the expression of MMP-9 of cultivated osteoclasts increase.Conclusions Fluoride can increase osteoclastic bone resorption by elevating the MMP-9 expression of osteoclasts.
