摘要
目的 探讨云南家、野两型鼠疫菌株间遗传背景的关系。方法 采用固体平皿法 ,对云南省 32株家、野两型鼠疫菌 ,进行了生化特性及营养需求的研究。结果 12 1株家鼠鼠疫菌株中 ,16株为典型菌株 ,3株分别在发酵麦芽糖、甘油时出现了阴性和阳性两种发酵菌落 ,2株显现与野鼠鼠疫相似的生化特性。其中 12株为Pgm+ ,8株有 Pgm+和 Pgm-两种菌落 ,1株为 Pgm-。19株对谷氨酸半依赖 ,2株对谷氨酸不依赖 ,2 1株均为苯丙氨酸依赖 ;2 11株野鼠鼠疫菌株中 ,8株为典型菌株 ,2株分别在发酵麦芽糖、甘油时出现了阴性和阳性两种发酵菌落 ,1株发酵麦芽糖阳性。 9株为 Pgm+ ,2株有 Pgm+和 Pgm-两种菌落。 3株对谷氨酸半依赖 ,8株对谷氨酸不依赖 ,11株均为苯丙氨酸依赖。结论 云南省家、野两型鼠疫菌具有亲缘性 ,家鼠鼠疫可能是由野鼠鼠疫传入的。
Objective To look for the genetics relationship between rat strains and wild rodent strains.Methods We selected 32 strains of rat plague and wild rodent plague to determine their biochemical characters and nutrition requirement.Results ①In 21 rat plague strains, 16 strains were typical in bio-chemical characters, 3 strains appeared different ferment colonies to maltose and glycero, 2 strains had some similarity with wild rodent strains in bio-chemical characters,12 strains were Pgm +, 8 strains were Pgm + and Pgm -, 1 strains was Pgm -,19 strains were semi-dependence to glutamic acid and 2 strains were independence to glutamic acid, 21 strains were all dependence to phenylanine. ② In 11 wild rodent strains, 8 strains were typical in bio-chemical characters, 2 strains appeared different ferment colonies to maltose and glycero respectively,and 1 strain was positive in fermenting maltose, 9 strains were Pgm +, 2 strains were Pgm + and Pgm -, 3 strains were semi-dependence to glutamic acid and 8 strains were independence to glutamic acid, 11 strains were all dependence to phenylanine.Conclusions Rat plague strains were relative with wild rodent strains in Yunnan and rat plague probably originate wild rodent plague.
