摘要
在分析离心力-气动力自动测量与协调控制系统结构基础上,提出了适合于本系统的改进PID控制算法,采用可复用的面向对象软件技术、多媒体精确定时技术以及容错技术,实现了离心机上离心力-气动力自动协调加载。运行结果表明,该系统控制精度高,鲁棒型好,可靠性高。
The structure of centrifugal and aerodynamic force automeasuring and concerted control system(CAFAMCCS) is firstly introduced.Aerodynamic force autoload is realized by adopting improved PID algorithm, object oriented programming technology, multimedia precision timer and fault tolerant technology.The CAFAMCCS performs high accuracy,robust and high reliability.
