摘要
通过偏转车轮实现转向的车辆 ,其传统的转向传动机构形成的实际转向线与理论无侧滑线存在明显差异 ,本文结合轮式车辆具体结构及使用特点设计了一种无侧滑转向传动装置 ,该装置通过自校正作用可使转向轮在任意偏转角度下处于纯滚动状态 ,同时具有工艺性良好、结构紧凑、调整维护方便、成本低等特点 。
There is obvious difference between the curves of a theoretical side slipless and a real steering, formed by the traditional steering control linkage in vehicle that deflect wheel to realize changing direction. The real application of a nation patent 'auto correct steering control linkage' was made considering the construction and applying characters of wheel type vehicle. This mechanism enable the steering wheel roll purely, at the same time it has the features of good technology, compact structure, conveniently adjusting and low cost, and can substitute for the traditional steering control linkage completely.
