激光涂覆合金层中碳化物的研究

摘要 本文采用1.5kW恒流式CO_2激光器,将Fe450,Stellite 12,NiWC35合金粉未激光涂覆在45钢表面,用电解萃取称量法及比色法测定了涂覆合金层中碳化物的含量以及碳化物的化学成分,同时还研究了碳化物含量对涂覆合金层耐磨性的影响。结果发现,随着激光扫描速度的增加,涂覆合金层中碳化物的含量降低。涂覆合金层中所含碳化物的量越多,涂覆合金层的耐磨性越好。 In this paper, the precoated alloy powder layer of Fe450, Stellitel2 and Ni WC35 were clad by 1.5kW continuous wave CO_2 laser. The content and com positions of carbides in cladding layer were analysed by electrolytic extraction and chemical method respectively. Meanwhile, the influnee of the content of carbides on the wear resistance of cladding layer has also been investigated. The results show that the content of carbides in cladding layer increases with the decrease of the laser scanning speed. The wear properties of the cladding layer increase with the content of carbides.
