摘要
根据履带车辆的行驶理论 ,采用数学算法和计算机技术 ,论述了一种用于履带式推土机最大牵引力驱动控制的新技术。使用该项技术 ,可使履带式推土机在恶劣的作业环境中产生最大的驱动力 ,达到最佳的作业生产率。
The maximum drawbar pull of a crawler dozer is the one of main parameters for a crawler dozer design, which is limited by the slipping rate. When the slipping rate is less than 0 2, the drawbar pull is allowed. In this article, the control principle of a crawler dozer was studied and its dynamic control method was analyzed. The slipping rate and the engine output were monitored by using the new control system. The results showed that the crawler dozer could work well even at severe conditions with the new control system.
