摘要 借鉴感光材料行业的感光测定方法 ,将标准光楔作为光电传感器抗尘性能的量化测量工具 ,把光学密度值作为光电传感器抗尘性能的量化指标。分析了直射光、漫射光的差异 ,设计了具体测量方案 ,提出了抗尘指数的概念。 Anti dust capability, a new term that means how can photoelectric sensors built in agricultural machinery work normally under dust condition, was a very important parameter. This work uses the method of sensitive measuration for reference, which was being widely used in sensitization material industry, takes the standard optical wedge as the numerical measuring tool, the optical density as the numerical anti dust index to describe the anti dust capability of photoelectric sensors. The differences between defusing light measuring and direct light measuring were analyzed and the means of the measurements was recommended. The numerical scheme and anti dust index supply the gap to evaluate the performance of a photoelectric sensor under dust condition.
