摘要
以装配单元为研究对象 ,探讨了产品可装配性的内涵及其影响因素 ,构造了可装配性评价指标体系 ,建立了可装配性评价系统模型 。
Taking assembly unit as research object, the meaning of product assembly ability and its influencing factors were discussed. The assembly ability criterion system was established and the systemic model of assembly ability evaluating was put forward. The method of optimizing assembly modes was studied and an idea that the system of assembly ability evaluating as a module was integrated into the system of supporting virtual assembly was described.
