摘要
本文对Al_2O_3弥散强化的Al25合金在不同辐照条件下,其基体显微组织及弥放相的稳定性进行了研究。研究结果表明,在纯铜中加入少量细小、弥散、热稳定性好的Al_2O_3颗粒,在目前的实验条件下,具有非常好的组织结构稳定性,并能有效地抵抗住快速离子的辐照。
The Al25 alloy strengthened by Al_2O_3 dispersoids have been studied under various test conditions in the light of the stability of microstructure of matrix and dispersion phase. The results show that the addition of a small quantity of finely dispersed and thermodynamically stable particles of A_2O_3 in pure copper leads to a good microstructural stability against the fast ion irradiation effectively at present test conditions.
