摘要
文章指出了在电力工程水文气象勘测中导线覆冰、雷电日数、设计风速等重要参数在具体使用中容易出现的一些问题 ,并提出了解决问题的办法和思路。
The paper indicates some frequently occurred problem of transmission line covering ice,lightning days,and designed wind speed during electric power engineering's hydrological and meteorological observation process,and proposes the problem solving method and thread.
