摘要 目的 观测手背皮神经血液供应情况 ,为以皮神经及其营养血管为蒂的岛状皮瓣的设计提供形态学依据。方法 在 2 0侧灌注红色氯仿油画染料的成人上肢标本上 ,显微解剖观测了手背皮神经的营养血管的来源、数目、外径、分布范围、穿出深筋膜的位置、与皮神经及浅静脉的关系等情况。结果 营养动脉多在皮神经的深内侧以降支方式伴行 ,手背的皮神经血管网可达其两侧 3 0cm的范围 ,各部位的皮神经营养网外径接近。结论 手背皮神经的营养血管血供可靠 。 Objective To observe the blood supply of cutaneous nerves in the hand for design of the cutaneous neurovascular island flaps. Method The origin, number and diameter of the blood vessels, and their points throughout the deep fascia, the relationship between the blood vessels and cutaneous nerves in hand were observed by the method of microsurgical anatomy in 20 upper extremities of adult cadavers perfused with the mixture of chloroform and oil paint.Result The nutrient arteries are mostly located at the deep medial side of cutaneous nerves in the form of the descent branches. The cutaneous neurovascular network is distributed within 3.0 cm around the cutaneous nerves in the hand. The out diameter of almost all the cutaneous neurovascular network is similar to each other. Conclusion The cutaneous neurovascular island flaps in the hand can be designed as they have liable blood supply.
